Pasta (A simple recipe.kids will love it!!!)

PASTA
Pasta is one of the common dish for the Italian... The best thign is that we cna make it easily with not much time waste :).. I was thinking to make something special to give my hubby and BIL for lunch the next day... Today the have taken it with them... Hopefully they are gonna be surprised when open their tiffin for lunch :D....
So here it is which I would like to share with you all so that ypu can also give a surprise for your loved ones :)

Pasta - 3 cups
Sausage - 4 nos sliced in medium sizes
Beans - 14 nos chooped
Carrot - 1 no ( i used baby carrots of 18 nos) chopped
Cabbage - 1/4 piece
Brocolli - 1 small
Capsicum - 3/4 of 1 capsicum
Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chillie sauce - 1 tsp
Oil
Salt

Cook the pasta with water, oil (1 tsp) and salt for few minutes. Oil is added so that pasta dont stick to each other. Keep in mind not to overcook pasta. Once cooked, drain completely the pasta and keep aside.

Boil broccolli in a pan of water with salt and once cooked drain and keep aside.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add in the sausages to fry. Once fried, add in the beans, cabbage, carrot and stir for few mins and close the pan with a lid to cook the veggies.

Once cooked add in the sauces and stir. Then add in the pasta and mix properly so that the sauces are well coated over the pasta. Mix for about 2 mins, then add in the
capsicum and broccolli to the pasta mixture. Capsicum is addded last so that the freshness and crispiness is maintained. Check salt and taste of the sauces. Changes can be made to be added more for the desired less taste that you think. You can serve with melted cheese on top. I havent used it.

Since pasta basically dont have a taste the sauces and veggies with sausauge bring the taste in this recipe :)

Guys do try it out and you can serve this always as for dinner or as kids meal in tiffin :)

Luv
Neetz ;)
