This is one of the most common dish with chappati which we have for dinner. I used to make in another way, but this one i found once in some other blog long back (sorry guys, i actually dont remeber that blog name now). It turned out good that my hubby actually asks me to make it frequently :)...
Bindi - around 15-20 pieces cut sliced into 1" long
Potato - 1 large sliced same as that of bindi
Asofetida - 2 pinch
Garlic - 6-7 cloves sliced or chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
In a pan add oil and then add in the asofetida, potatoes and turmeric powder. Saute and cook till potatoes are done. Then add in the garlic, salt and chillie powder and ladyfinger. Saute till ladyfingers are done :)... serve Hot with chappati :)
