MARIE'S BROWN WOOD

Maries Brown Wood

This is one sweet which you cannot avoid once you have made it. I can guarantee you that :)... when i gave this to my hubby he was so impressed and said this we gonna make for sure when guests comes next time ;)...

Ingredients:

Marie Biscuit - 12 nos
Milk (warm) - 1/4 cup
Instant coffee powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar (powdered) - 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1.25 tbsp
Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp

Preparation:

Blend in the butter, sugar and cocoa nicely. Mix the coffee powder into milk and dip each marie biscuit into this and stack one over other. Coat the cocoa mix on all four sides of the stacked biscuits neatly and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. I have marked lines with fork for the log effect once half cooled :). Serve as it as after chilled or with vanilla icecream. This is an excellent dish to surprise your invited guests and kids too :)

P.S: according to your sweet tooth you can adjust the sugar quantity more.

Cheers,
Neetz ;)
