MUTTA (EGG) DOSA

Egg Dosa




With the chicken dosa i thoguht i will make egg dosa and share it with you all :)...

For the batter for dosa, refer Chicken Dosa.

For the egg,
Egg - 2 nos
Onion - 1 med chooped
Green chillie - 2 chopped
Papprika powder (opt)
Salt

Beat the egg and all the ingredients to a whisk. Then when the dosa pan is hot, make the dosa and pour the egg batter over the dosa over it and when one side is done turn over so that the egg also get cooked.. Serve hot with chutney of your choice :)

@ Jagruti...u can defintely make dosa..what is that doesnt come right?? the batter or the rund shape?? If the batter mix is not right dosa will not come out right. try to get the mic properly and the batter should not be very loose. Also when making round shape make sure u use a bowled shape spoon and then pour in a large sppon baater once griddle is warm..and without much force make it round softly. If gridle is too hot the dosa will tend to stick to pan sooner than u can make the dosa..so keep it warm before puttiing int he batter and then increase heat to get brown dosa :) Hope these tips help..let me know how it comes out next time and will help u more in getting right and making superb dosa :)
